Stefan Eylert
Prior to starting his entrepreneurial career, Stefan Eylert was CEO of Schoeller Wavin Systems AG, a corporation operating world-wide in the packaging industry. Before joining Schoeller he was VP at Husky Injection Molding Systems Inc. based in Bolton, Ontario, Canada. He gained additional leadership experience at Messerschmitt-Bölkow Blohm in the space industry. Mr. Eylert's career includes consulting experience at Techno Consult, Munich and Arthur D. Little where he led the Operations Management Practice for the German speaking countries.
Stefan Eylert holds a degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin.

Tilo Schultz
Tilo Schultz has 15 years of expertise in accomplishing operational and logistical excellence in manufacturing environments. Before founding addfinity Mr. Schultz was a member of the executive board of Swisslog AG, Switzerland and COO of Wassermann AG, Munich, both international market leaders in the supply chain management industry. Before joining Wassermann Tilo Schultz was business unit manager of the turnkey service business of Husky Injection Molding Systems in Canada. Additional professional positions include manager Business Restructuring at EREL Holding in Berlin, Senior Consultant at Roland Berger & Partner International Management Consultants as well as project manager factory design at Honda of America Manufacturing, Ohio, USA.
Tilo Schultz holds a degree in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin.
